It may look like something from Harry Potter but it's actually the most expensive ice cream in the US!
...and it only costs $1,500.
That's right, $1,500 for an ice cream sundae! You can find it at the Baccarat Hotel New York in Manhattan and its made from imported vanilla beans from Madagascar. The ice cream is covered in white chocolate hand painted with colored cocoa butter. Then there's the 3 grams of black truffle crumble, a hibiscus champagne sauce and edible gold and silver leafing.
I don't know about you but if I'm paying that much for ice cream, I'd expect a lot more of it!!
