According to Yaroslav Suris, he was attempting to watch videos on PornHub entitled “Sexy Cop Get Witness to Talk,” “Hot Step Aunt Babysits Disobedient Nephew” and more but was unable to because of the website’s lack of closed captioning. The lawsuit was filed Thursday in the Eastern District of New York.
According to the lawsuit, “Websites that prevent accessibility to deaf and hard of hearing individuals is a discriminatory act.”
