The Situation, born Michael Sorrentino, apparently plans to plead guilty to tax fraud and could face up to 15 YEARS IN PRISON!! Yikes...
Mike, along with his brother Marc, were indicted in 2014 for failing to pay taxes on almost $9 million worth of income from 2010-2012 (probably that Jersey Shore money)!
He still plans on participating in the Jersey Shore Family Reunion, but that may be the last time he fist pumps as a free man.
Mike and Marc allegedly deposited the cash into different bank accounts to avoid reporting the actual income to the IRS. I guess we'll see after their court date on Friday whether or not he'll be stuck GTLing from prison!
