A new, and LEGIT, study say you will live a longer life as a coffee drinker. And it doesn't matter what kind of coffee it is: regular, decaf, instant crap... it's all good. It's from a paper published Monday in JAMA Internal Medicine.
This study was conducted for 10 years. And they found coffee drinkers had about 8% less chance of dying young. For people that drank 6-7 cups had their chances of living go up to 16%.

- coffee is one of our biggest sources of anti-oxidants which slow the decay of our DNA.
