PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. The Voice Season Eighteen Premiere Event Contest (“Contest”) will begin on February 17, 2020 at 12:00 A.M. ET and end on February 25, 2020 at 11:59 P.M. ET (“Contest Period”). All times in the Contest refer to Eastern Time (“ET”). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are twenty one (21) years of age or older as of the start of the Contest Period and are physically residing in the FCC designated signal area of WRVW-FM, consisting of Adair, KY, Allen, KY, Barren, KY, Bedford, TN, Butler, KY, Caldwell, KY, Cannon, TN, Cheatham, TN, Christian, KY, Clay, TN, Clinton, KY, Coffee, TN, Cumberland, KY, Davidson, TN, De Kalb, TN, Dickson, TN, Edmonson, KY, Franklin, TN, Giles, TN, Grayson, KY, Green, KY, Grundy, TN, Hart, KY, Hickman, TN, Hopkins, KY, Houston, TN, Humphreys, TN, Jackson, TN, Laurel, KY, Lawrence, TN, Lewis, TN, Lincoln, TN, Livingston, KY, Logan, KY, Lyon, KY, Macon, TN, Marshall, TN, Maury, TN, Metcalfe, KY, Monroe, KY, Montgomery, TN, Moore, TN, Muhlenberg, KY, Overton, TN, Perry, TN, Pickett, TN, Pulaski, KY, Putnam, TN, Robertson, TN, Russell, KY, Rutherford, TN, Simpson, KY, Smith, TN, Stewart, TN, Sumner, TN, Taylor, KY, Todd, KY, Trigg, KY, Trousdale, TN, Warren, TN, Warren, KY, White, TN, Williamson, TN, Wilson, TN, (collectively, the “Designated Signal Area”). Officers, directors, and employees of Contest Entities (as defined below), members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Contest. Contest Entities, as referenced herein, shall include WRVW-FM (“Sponsor”), Big Top Marketing and Promotions, Inc. (“Administrator”), NBCUniversal Media, LLC, NBC Entertainment, a Division of NBC West, LLC (“NBC”), and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and their administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Contest.
Void outside the state(s) of Tennessee and Kentucky (counties listed above) and where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local law and regulations.
Eligibility Frequency Limits Per Station:The Sponsor may set limitations on how frequently an individual can be eligible to win more than one prize within a specified time period.For national sweepstakes/contests, an individual may win only once (1) every fifteen (15) days. However, the same individual may not win more than one trip to a specific event.For local sweepstakes/contests, an individual may win only once (1) every seven (7) days.An individual may not win more than three (3) times in one month. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any contest or sweepstakes.“Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.
HOW TO ENTER:
Sweepstakes begins on Monday, February 17, 2020 at 6:00:00 a.m. CT and ends at 6:40:00 a.m. CT on February 21, 2020 (“Sweepstakes Period").The Sweepstakes Period includes five (5) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) comprised of _one (1) playtimes each day as set forth below:

5)Friday, February 21, 2020: listen between 6:00am CT and 6:40am CT/ one (1) playtimes
The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Entrant must be one of two (2) selected callers to participate in Musical Chairs Trivia and answer correctly to become a potential finalist, subject to verification (each a “Finalist”).
Beginning February 17, 2020, listen to the participating Station weekdays between 6:00:00 am CT and 6:40:00 am CT throughout the Sweepstakes Period for the cue to call in and be one of two (2) selected callers to the designated Sweepstakes announced.Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, each Entry Period (as listed above) a “sounder” or cue to call will be aired at various times along with a message instructing listeners to call for a chance to become a Potential Finalist. The participating Stations may or may not choose to announce exact times the cues will be played.
·The participant must be one of two (2) designated callers, from all callers calling-in from participating Stations, to the phone number announced. The two (2) designated callers will then compete in Musical Chairs Trivia. The Station will play a song and stop it abruptly at an unexpected time. The first of the designated callers to buzz in will have the opportunity to answer a The Voice related trivia question. If the caller, if eligible, answers correctly, they will be deemed a potential Finalist. If the caller answers incorrectly, the other participant has an opportunity to answer the same question. If the caller, if eligible, answers correctly, they will be deemed a potential Finalist. In the event that both designated callers answer incorrectly, the Musical Chairs Trivia game will begin again with a new song and new trivia question.
·If the Sponsor determines the designated caller is not eligible, the Sponsor may select the next consecutive eligible caller as the potential Finalist for that playtime. Listen to the Station for details on specific times to play. The dates and times of station participation may vary and shall be determined solely by the individual participating Station and announced on air and the local participating stations, at their sole discretion may or may not choose to air all playtimes due to programming obligations and other factors.
·The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entrants not making timely phone calls to the Station or other timed entry as a result of the delays in the Internet stream. Entrants should not rely on streamed broadcasts to participate in any promotion.
·WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations and other delays in the online streaming of its broadcast signal. Listeners of the online stream may not be able to participate in, or may be disadvantaged in participating in on-air promotions and should contact their local station to determine participation. On air Sweepstakes not valid on weekends and holidays.
The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, undeliverable, illegible, damaged, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, or incomplete entries, regardless of cause. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account or mobile phone number, as applicable, enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account or mobile phone account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address or mobile phone number by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, telephone service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, phone numbers or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of submission or receipt by the Sponsor for online entries. When applicable, the Sponsor’s computer will be deemed the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries will be disqualified if incomplete and/or if prohibited multiple entries in excess of the states limit are received. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
By participating, you agree (a) to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules; (b) as between you and the Sponsor, that the decisions of the Sponsor is final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (c) you are not participating on behalf of any employer or third party; (d) in the event that you do not comply with these Rules, that you will be disqualified and your prize (if any) will be forfeited; and (e) (when applicable) the potential winner and/or finalist must be available to participate in any portion to the Sweepstakes that participation may be required to be considered eligible.
All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. By entering the Contest, entrants grant Contest Entities the non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable rights to use, reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, perform, translate, adapt, modify, and otherwise exploit each Entry and to incorporate the Entry in other works in any and all markets and media worldwide in perpetuity. Entrants warrant that they have the sole and exclusive right to grant such rights to Contest Entities and that the Contest Entities’ reproduction, publishing, displaying, and/or other use of the Entry will not infringe on any rights of third parties, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity, or create claims for defamation, false light, idea misappropriation, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, or breach of contract. Entries must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. If any Entry contains material that is violent, pornographic, obscene, illegal, inappropriate, or racially or morally offensive or if any Entry does not comply with these Official Rules or meet Sponsor’s standards for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, such Entry may be rejected as ineligible for consideration and/or deleted from the Website. Entry must have been completed by you, and you must have permission of any person who appears or is identified in Entry. Contest Entities shall have no obligation to copy, publish, display, or otherwise exploit the Entries.
You may enter once during the Contest Period. Multiple Entries received from any person or phone number beyond this limit will void all such additional Entries. Entries must be received before February 24, 2020 at 6:40 am CT to be eligible for the Contest. Sponsor shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, phone or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for inability of caller to complete call within specified time, whether due to busy lines, disconnections, telephone malfunctions or other circumstances. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use entrant’s name, city, state, likeness, image, and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, permission, or approval.
WINNER SELECTION:
Therewillbeatotalofone (1)randomlyscheduledplaytimeseachweekdayduringtheOn-AirEntryPeriod. Atotalofone(1) potential finalist per designatedcuetocall-inplaytime,subject toverification,shall beselectedfora chanceto participate in the grand prize drawingforatotaloffive (5)possible Finalists forthe SweepstakesPeriod, subject to verification.
Finalists WILL receive a prize for being selected as a Finalist.
Finalist Notification: is deemed to have occurred immediately at the time of call-in.
Potential Sweepstakes winner(s) is subject to verification, including verification of eligibility. If an entrant is unable to verify his/her information, the entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize, if any, will be forfeited. The Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules in the event that that any winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible for any reason, or is not available to participate in any applicable Sweepstakes events.
Winner Notification: A Grand Prize Winner will be notified within three (3) days after the drawing, via e-mail, and/or at Sponsor's discretion via phone at the phone number provided during registration. In the event the Winner doesn't respond to Sponsor's notification or does not accept the prize within one (1) day of notification, the prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected. In the event that any one or more potential Winner(s) fails to respond as stated above, declines the prize or fails to provide signed affidavits or releases, such Winner(s) will be deemed to forfeit the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate Winner(s) from the remaining eligible entrants. If any alternate(s) similarly fails to respond or declines the prize, Sponsor will use a reasonable number of attempts, in its discretion, to award the prize(s) to another alternate(s) but if it is unable to do so, the prize(s) will be finally forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a finalist and/or potential winner(s).
Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Contest. Grand Prize Winner and Daily Prize Winners will be referred to herein as “Winners” or “Winner” unless otherwise noted. Sponsor reserves the right to select Winner(s) in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the event warranting such cancellation, modification, or suspension. Winning is subject to verification of eligibility. Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Contest Period if in their sole discretion, Sponsor does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries. Potential Winner(s) will be notified by telephone call or e-mail (at the discretion of the Sponsor). Potential Winner(s) may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and, except where prohibited, publicity release (collectively, “Contest Documents”) within five (5) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period, with these Official Rules or the return of or inability to deliver any Prize/Prize notification may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner(s) may be selected from among all eligible remaining entries.
PRIZE: There will be six (6) prize(s) awarded , one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”)and five (5) daily prizes (“Daily Prizes”, each a “Daily Prize”). Grand Prize and Daily Prizes will be referred to herein as “Prize” or “Prizes” unless otherwise noted.
Each Daily Prize will consist of One (1) $500 AMEX Cash Gift card. (ARV $500.00). Daily Prize is subject to additional terms, conditions, and restrictions, as specified by issuer. Prize provided by Big Top Marketing & Promotions.
Promotional cards shall include and herein be referenced as “promotional card(s)” collectively to any prefunded bank card, a gift card, an electronic gift card, stored-value card or certificate, a store card, merchant card, voucher for services or goods, a gift certificate or similar instrument and other redeemable instruments with value credit or the like that may be awarded are subject to terms, conditions and restrictions as set by issuer.*Promotional cards are subject to the terms of use, applicable conditions and restrictions, including any expiration dates, promulgated by issuer of card. The promotional cards are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Redemption of the promotional card will be subject to the standard terms, conditions and restrictions applicable to the participating merchant and or the card issuer in effect on the day of issuance of the promotional card. The promotional card cannot be redeemed for the purchase of other promotional cards. Except as required by law, the promotional card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account. The Company is not responsible if any promotional card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the promotional card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. No substitutions allowed except by Company at its sole discretion for a prize of comparable value.
Grand Prize consists of the following: a trip (“Trip”) for Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Las Vegas, NV on the set dates July 30, 2020 - August 1, 2020. Trip includes: Round trip Main Cabin airfare for two (2) between the major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to an airport in or near Las Vegas, NV(“Las Vegas Airport”) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and two (2) night’s standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel in or near the Las Vegas area (“Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and two (2) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to see Kelly Clarkson: Invincible, currently scheduled to take place on July 31, 2020 at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (“Event”): and $200 spending money. Other restrictions may apply. Terms and conditions apply. Set dates and times are at the sole discretion of the sponsor and are non-transferrable. Other restrictions may apply. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize is one thousand and nine hundred dollars ($1,900.00). ERV of all Prizes is four thousand dollars ($4,900.00).Prize provided by Big Top Marketing & Promotions
All details of Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar Prize (or Prize element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner(s). Prize cannot be transferred by Winner(s) or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Prize by Winner(s). Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize may vary. Trip ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure.Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Winner for the ARV of Prize for the tax year in which Prize was won (for prizes worth more than six hundred dollars ($600)). If Prize is unclaimed within a reasonable time after notification from Sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, it will be forfeited, and time permitting, an alternate Winner(s) may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winners acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any of the Prizes, including but not limited to, the quality, merchantability, habitability, mechanical condition, or fitness of the prize items.
Grand Prize Winner must be able to travel July 30, 2020 – August 1, 2020 (or on such other dates designated by Sponsor).Travel and Event arrangements must be made through Big Top Marketing and Promotions, Inc. and Luxe Travel. Prize Details/Restrictions: The Trip awarded to the Grand Prize Winner must be taken within dates provided by the Sponsor or that portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsors’ agent, Luxe Travel. Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure. Grand Prize Winners will be contacted by Big Top Marketing & Promotions, Inc. and Luxe Travel to make travel arrangements for this prize. The vacation package is non-refundable and non-transferable. Airline Tickets and hotel reservations issued in conjunction with this promotion have zero cash value. Trip may not be combined with any other coupon, certificates, discount, bonus, infant fare, upgrade, or promotional offers/tickets. Airline and Hotel reservations must be made in the name of the Grand Prize Winner and are non-transferable. Positive identification will be required at time of check-in. Travel must be roundtrip. Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure. Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified. Big Top Marketing & Promotions, Inc. and Luxe Travel must issue all travel documentation. Grand Prize Winners and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date, and must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government issued photo ID and/or passport) prior to departure, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize.Grand Prize Winners’ Guest must be 21 years of age or older. Once travel commences, no unscheduled stopovers are permitted; if an unscheduled stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay.Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.All travel and lodging will be at the risk of Grand Prize Winner and Guest.Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor, and all travel must be completed by date designated by Sponsor.Grand Prize Winner and Guest must abide by all rules and restrictions and are solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel.
Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all expenses and costs associated with acceptance and/or use of the Grand Prize not specifically stated herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, Hotel taxes, departure/arrival/customs, immigration fees, travel from Grand Prize Winner’s residence to and from airport, ground transportation, travel insurance, security and airport fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs, international taxes, state and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted. A per ticket surcharge will apply for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic ticketing is available. Substitutions will not be allowed. Space is subject to availability; surcharge dates may apply. The number of seats available for use with this authorization is limited. Grand Prize Winner must be 21 years of age or older. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not responsible if the Event is canceled, postponed, or delayed. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these.
The Sponsor(s) are the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Standard Terms and Conditions apply; other restrictions may apply. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date., and must have valid travel documents (e.g., validgovernment issued photo ID and/or passport) prior to departure, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. All air travel must be booked by Luxe Travel. Grand Prize Winner’s Guest must be 21 years of age at the time of travel.Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay.All travel and lodging will be at the risk of Grand Prize Winner and Guest.Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor.Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest must abide by all rules and restrictions and are solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel.
Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Date and/or time of Event is subject to change. Event is subject to cancellation. If Grand Prize Winner chooses to attend Event with no Guest, the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner(s) and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guest, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, where legal, publicity releases (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Contest Documents, or Guest portion of the Prize will be forfeited.
Trip Prize Conditions: All prize packages shall include round-trip, coach class air transportation for winner from a major commercial airport near winner’s home to the destination and a double occupancy standard hotel room as specified in herein. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Prize will not be awarded and is specified in these Official Contest Rules. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within Company’s discretion.Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Travel for the trip awarded must take place on and/or within the designated dates and is subject to schedule and availability, alternative travel dates will not be provided.If the prizewinner(s) is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the specified or prize will be forfeited and may or may not be awarded to an alternate prizewinner(s) at the sole discretion of the Company. Exact travel dates and arrangements may be subject to availability whether specified or not. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. If the winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. A MINOR (DETERMINED BY THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN HIS/HER STATE OF RESIDENCE) MAY ONLY ACCOMPANY THE WINNER AS A TRAVEL GUEST IF THE WINNER IS THE MINOR’S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. ALL MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AT ALL TIMES DURING TRIP (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IN-FLIGHT, HOTEL STAY AND ALL PRIZE-RELATED EVENTS) BY MINOR’S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs.Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel. If the trip requires traveling outside the United States, the winner, upon winning the prize, must have a valid US passport. If the winner does not have a valid US passport upon winning the prize, the trip may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, in the Company’s sole discretion. In accordance with applicable laws, international travelers are required to possess a government issued passport, if a winner does not have or is unable to obtain a passport within any time constraints related to the prize, the winner will be disqualified. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. If in the judgment of the Company or Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to the trip destination, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the prize winner. The Company shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the prizewinner at the time of notification. Winner and guest will be required to complete and return, within ____ days[DG1] of date of receipt the applicable forms and releases. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
