There are a few things that can be helpful for sticking to your resolution to go to the gym:

Set specific, achievable goals for yourself. This can help you stay motivated and focused on what you want to accomplish.

Make a schedule and stick to it. Choose specific days and times that you will go to the gym, and try to make it a regular part of your routine.

Find a workout partner or join a class. Having someone to hold you accountable can be a great way to stay motivated.

Mix up your workouts. If you do the same thing every time you go to the gym, it can get boring. Try new exercises and activities to keep things interesting.

Reward yourself. When you reach a goal or have a particularly good workout, treat yourself to something you enjoy, such as a new piece of gym equipment or a healthy snack.

Stay positive. Don't get discouraged if you have a setback or miss a workout. Just get back on track and keep going.
