I am someone who believes in ghosts. I have never encountered one, but I do believe in them! Well, I saw some creepy footage from a CCTV camera that has me thinking ok this could be really a ghost!
A CCTV camera in Pangasinan, Philippines captured what appears to be a ghost walking across the street as vehicles pass right through it. A woman that works at a shop near the area said, “Now I’m scared to walk near this area. Every time I go past I can sense something scary.”
A similar figure appeared 13 hours later and is said to have lurked around a delivery driver.
