It's very hard for me to fall asleep at night. After I get the kids to bed, I'm still wide awake and start watching Netflix until I fall asleep or I just turn it off to force myself to sleep. Well, there is a life hack that might help you and me fall asleep at night quicker.
Apparently if you use this special military technique you could fall asleep within 120 seconds! It's also got a 96 percent success rate!
According to the American Sleep Association, 50 to 70 million adults have a sleeping disorder.

Here's the 4 step process:
- Relax the muscles in your face, including the jaw, tongue and those around the eyes
- Let your shoulders drop, and relax both sides of the upper and lower arms
- Breathe out, keeping the chest relaxed
- Relax both the upper and lower parts of your legs
