New Nashville Law Is Banning Handheld Cellphone Use While Driving

Admit it, we've all used our phone while driving. Well, things are about to chance once this new law goes into effect on July 1st! A new Tennessee law will ban handheld cellphone use while driving. If you are caught using your phone, you could get a $100 fine.

Now, let's say you're using your phone and then boom you have an accident because of you using your phone, that fine will now increase to a $200 fine.
