Rabbi-turned-comedian Jackie Mason has sadly passed away
Mason died Saturday, July 24, in Manhattan.
Among other things, the comedian was known for getting banned from the Ed Sulivan show after he allegedly gave him the finger when Sullivan signaled to him to wrap up his act. He's also known for his many appearances on Broadway.
He is survived by his wife, Jyll Rosenfeld, and his daughter, Sheba.
Jackie Mason was 93 years old.
