Jason Duncan, CEO of Energy Lighting Services

Jason Duncan serves as the President and CEO of Energy Lighting Services. He also spends time coaching salespeople, entrepreneurs, and small business owners as well as investing in real estate.

Jason lives in Gallatin, Tennessee, with his wife and two children. Jason enjoys playing guitar, riding his Harley-Davidson, working on his small farm, and camping with his family.

Jason serves as a pastor in his local church Eikon House (www.eikon.house) and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2014, Jason won the Rising Star Award from the TN Small Business Development Center, was nominated in the Nashville Business Journal's Sumner County Impact Awards as well as the 2015 40 Under 40 Awards. In 2018 & 2019, ELS made the Inc. 5000 list and was an honoree of the Nashville Business Journal's Small Business of the Year. They were named to the 2019 Entrepreneur 360 list as well.

After a stellar—albeit short—career in education, Jason founded a new energy efficiency consulting company based in Gallatin called Future Vision Energy (now known as Energy Lighting Services). He spent four years as a schoolteacher and—due to cuts in the Sumner County budget—was forced to make a decision about the next step in his career. After much prayer, thought, and sleepless nights, his wife Kristie & he decided that it was time for him to run his own business full-time. Today, he serves as CEO of a multi-million-dollar business.

Jason is a passionate & dedicated professional who loves Jesus.
