Smyrna is stepping up!! Stars and Strikes, a Georgia-based entertainment company, is opening their 12th location in just a few short months at 333 Lowry Street in Smyrna. It will be the company's first facility in the state of Tennessee.
What is Stars and Strikes? Think Dave and Buster's on steroids. In fact, the best comparison is probably a place called Main Event just off I-40 in Memphis. The Smyrna facility will boast 24 bowling lanes, including eight lanes in a VIP lounge. Stars and Strikes will also house a huge arcade and prize shop, laser tag, bumper cars, a restaurant, and a full-service bar with tons of big screen TVs. It will also contain a new feature called Escapology - an amped up Escape Game concept.
If you want a sneak peek of what's going to be opening up soon, the closest Stars and Strikes to Nashville currently is in Huntsville, Alabama.
While a specific opening date hasn't been set, Stars and Strikes says they plan to open the Smyrna location in the old Kmart building sometime in Q3 (which is July-September).
