YES!!! Turnip Truck Opening New Sylvan Park Location

posted by Jonathan -

One of our favorite spots in town is getting yet another location.

Popular natural and organic grocery store Turnip Truck is set to open their third location, this time in Sylvan Park, some time in 2019.

The Turnip Truck is opening it’s 3rd Nashville location in 2019 on Charlotte Pike! .. Sylvan Park and the Nations rejoice (and all my Parks on Charlotte peeps)! #letsbeneighbors #parksoncharlotte #we❤️nashvillewest #turniptruck #realtorlife #nashvillerealestate #pamelaelcanrealtor #37209

Two Turnip Truck stores currently exist - one near the radio station in The Gulch (which I'm OBSESSED with), and another in East Nashville.  This location at 5001 Charlotte, will mirror those two in that it will contain both hot and cold food bars, a bakery, health and beauty products, a juice bar, a meat department, and bulk foods.

So happy to find so many awesome organic spots in Nashville. Turnip Truck is the best grocery store in town!💚 * * #turniptruck #nashville #organic #nongmo #eatlocal #eatclean #connectedorganically

If you've never been inside Turnip Truck, it's great for some different kinds of groceries and some awesome fresh produce and meat...but it's also a SUPER underrated lunch destination.  Really super fresh hot meals and AWESOME salads - which, let's be honest, are hard to find in a town full of fried foods and hamburgers.

Y’all, @theturniptruck is the spot. Their salad bar though 🙌🏼 this one is complete with kale, mixed greens, cucumbers, roasted peppers, red onion, black bean salad, tabbouleh, marinated mushrooms and noodle salad with tofu 😍 A sweet worker even walked me to my car with an umbrella so I didn’t get rained on.😩 If you’re looking for a health food store, complete with a salad bar and hot food bar, fresh local produce and all kinds of natural body and home products, this is your spot. Anybody else have a favorite local grocery store?

The new location will replace what is currently Cash and Carry, which will remain there until January of 2019.  An exact opening date for the Turnip Truck isn't known yet, but West Nashville and The Nations is about to get a treat!
