New video has surfaced of an ATV dragging a MNPD Officer down Lower Broadway, while a horde of ATVs and dirtbikes weave in and out of traffic, sometimes even going the wrong way on one of Nashville's busiest streets.
The video from our news partner FOX17 shows a surreal scene in downtown.
One of the bikers, 32-year old Quintin Whitman, also struck a police van and was arrested for driving without a license and possession of a controlled substance.
The man driving the ATV that dragged the officer is still at-large.
The officer is at home and recovering from his injuries.
