If you're planning on going to a Titans game in the fall or a Nashville SC game this spring and summer, you better be prepared with a credit card.
Nissan Stadium announced that they'll be transitioning to cashless payments for all future events, starting with this Saturday's Nashville SC home opener.
It's part of their new protocols to ensure faster payments and a "commitment to a more contactless experience through its Safe Stadium plan".
This means that tickets, merch, food and other conessions will no longer accept cash payments. Instead, credit or debit cards, gift cards, or mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay will be required.
If you DO only have cash, there will windows near sections 108, 309, and 338 that will trade that cash for gift cards to be used at all locations around the stadium.
