Camila Cabello was hospitalized after attending last nightâs 2018 Billboard Music Awards and wonât be performing her opening set at Taylor Swiftâs Reputation tour stop in Seattle, the songstress shared on social media on Monday, May 21.
âSo yesterday after my performance at the Billboards, I was feeling really sick and ended up in the hospital to get checked out,â she shared on Twitter. âThey ran a lot of tests and everything is fine, but the diagnosis was basically dehydration and I also have a low grade fever â the doctors told me I really have to rest otherwise I wonât get better â so unfortunately I wonât be able to perform my set during the Reputation tour in Seattle tomorrow. Iâm so sorry to let you guys down and I promise I will make it up as soon as I can! I guess sometimes I just push myself too hard and I promise Iâm gonna take better care of myself.â
The âHavanaâ songstress concluded that she didnât have time to say thank you during the Billboard awards and she couldnât be more grateful for her fans.
âThank you for caring about me, thank you for sticking by me, itâs officially been a year since we started this journey together, and hereâs to more memories, more joy, more love, more music, more health and more life!!,â she concluded. âI love youuuu.â
The songstress has been busy as of late. On top of promoting her debut solo album, Cabello has been opening for Swiftâs Reputation stadium tour and also performed steamy new track âSangria Wine" alongside Pharrell at the Billboard Music Awards, where she took home the award for Chart Achievement.
