A Tennessee woman celebrated her birthday with a bittersweet gift from beyond the grave — flowers from her father , who died five years ago, but still managed to make his “baby girl” smile.
Michael William Sellers pre-paid for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to his daughter, Bailey, every birthday until she turned 21. **grabs tissues** SO SWEET, RIGHT?!
On Friday, Bailey received these gorgeous purple flowers, her last from her dad.
Bailey posted a picture on Twitter and said, “My dad passed away when I was 16 from cancer and before he died he pre-paid flowers so I could receive them every year on my birthday, Well this is my 21st birthday flowers and the last. Miss you so much daddy.”
“Ever since my dad passed away I’ve hated my birthday and I dread it every year because he always made it so special,” Sellers told The Post. “I was especially dreading my 21st because I knew it would be the last year.”
