A man in Spain tried to take advantage of the rule allowing people to take their pets out to relieve themselves, when he tried taking his pet goldfish out for a walk and was BUSTED by local authorities!
The man was given a ticket and HEFTY fine for breaking Spain's strict lockdown! He was spotted sitting on a bench, which his goldfish inside of a bowl LOL LOL
