Picture this... peacefully driving down the road and you spot a SPIDER inside of your car! Clearly, you freak out, scream, cry -- maybe even crash your car.
That's EXACTLY what happened to a woman in Greene County, New York!
First responders reacted to a call about a car that crashed on the side of the road. After arriving on scene, they witnessed a car that was completely totaled in the trees off the edge of the road.
Apparently the driver of the car noticed a creepy crawly spider in the drivers area with her while she was driving! She did what any normal person would do, PANICKED and crashed her car.
The Town of Cairo, New York Police Department posted the entire story on their Facebook page, asking people to overcome their fear of spiders! LOL

After investigating today's crash on Silver Spur Road we feel it necessary to bring up a contributing factor that is not covered too often. It is believed that the operator of the vehicle noticed a SPIDER in the drivers area with her as she was driving. The operator panicked and crashed suffering a leg injury from the crash. We know that it is easier for some drivers than others but PLEASE, try to teach new drivers and yourselves to overcome the fear and pull over to a safe place. Lives depend on it.
