Taco Bell has put their hat into the crispy chicken sandwich ring!
They developed the Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco and put it in specific test markets about a year ago. Apparently the new creation did so well that they're now going to roll it out nationwide.
If you're wondering how they could possibly mix a sandwich with a taco, I'll tell ya! The Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco is “premium all-white-meat crispy chicken, marinated in jalapeño buttermilk, then seasoned with bold Mexican spices and rolled in a crunchy tortilla chip coating” which is then put into a soft, thick taco shell. The shell looks super fluffy and the chicken seems extra crunchy. *excuse me as I drool all over the keyboard*
