You could be the new owner of the town of Water Valley, Maury County. It's only one hour outside of Nashville and it's currently for sale.
The small town is going for $725,000, which is relatively cheap with the way the housing market is going lately. It includes a home by the creek and four general store that were all built in before 1900. So there's clearly some really cool history here.
"The sellers would really hope that whoever gets it, wouldn't knock down any of the buildings that are here," Christa Swartz, the real estate agent representing the sellers, told WDEF-TV.
