Uber users have been asking for this new feature for quite a while. Now you can see a breakdown of your Uber rating.
Here's how to see the breakdown:
- Tap your user profile in the top right corner of the Uber app
- Click “Settings”
- Scroll down to and pick “Privacy”
- Tap on “Privacy Center”
- When on the Privacy Center page be sure “Rides” is highlighted
- Under “Rides” you’ll see a section titled-- “Your data and privacy at Uber”
- Scroll through the carousel until you see “Would you like to see a summary of how you use Uber?”
- Tap “See summary,” scroll down halfway until you see the Ratings sections, and then tap “View my ratings” to see your Rider ratings breakdown
This is how I found out that three of my drivers gave me a ONE STAR REVIEW and I stayed up all night trying to figure out who it was and why.
