This man broke a world record for eating three Carolina Reaper peppers in 8.72 seconds.
Gregory Foster attempted the challenge twice to get his record breaking time. In total he ate SIX of the peppers that have been deemed the spiciest peppers ever. The peppers combined brought the level of heat to approximately 9.84 Scoville Heat Units.
"In practicing for an attempt like this it is more about mechanics and muscle memory, so I time myself eating small sweet peppers to get the chewing and swallowing down to automatic responses," said Foster.
