Well, it seems to be the case with Justin Bieber & Hailey Baldwin too! Granted they have had an on and off again relationship for a while.
According to two woman, claiming to be eyewitnesses, the Biebs popped the question to Hailey on Saturday night! The women claim that he proposed at a resort in the Bahamas while salsa dancing. Justin's security team even told everyone to put their phones away because something special was about to happen..and it did! Justin proposed!
Nothings been confirmed just yet but Justin's dad did post this cryptic tweet!
