Aziz Ansari took the stage at Zanie's Comedy Club in Nashville on Monday night. Approximately 15 minutes into his set., the power went out, affecting much of the 8th Ave South area.
But apparently that wasn't going to stop Ansari! He continued the show without any sort of amplification, until he was handed a battery-operated mic.
Eventually, people brought out flashlights to create "spotlights", as well as candles and flashlights for the crowd!
Surprisingly, the response from attendees seems to be great!
