Ryan Seacrest tried his official sandwich, Fat Salâs Deli the "Fat Seacrest," live on-air on Friday, July 31.
The sandwich is available for a limited time at Los Angeles locations and proceeds go to Ryan Seacrest's Ryan Seacrest Foundation. The sandwich creation is courtesy of Fat Sal's deli owner Sal Capek and Seacrest himself, who shared on-air he had to push the legendary deli owner to add some of the more unique ingredients.
The massive sando features the perfect combo of flavors to portray Seacrest including onion rings, mac and cheese bites, goat cheese, smoked cheddar, jalapeño sausage, sautéed peaches and onions, thyme, black pepper and a drizzle of honey BBQ.
âThe sub is bigger than Ryanâs headâ Sisanie shared on-air before Ryan bit into it.
âItâs like sweet and savory all at the same time and whoa, that is a flavorful bite,â Seacrest exclaimed. âItâs good. Itâs really good. ⊠The peaches are a nice touch ⊠and, you know, I pushed Sal on some of this stuff,â he added. âHe was really worried about the goat cheese.â
