If You've Bought Milk In TN, You're Owed Cash Back

Due to a class action lawsuit against milk producers, any Tennessean who purchased milk in the last 14 years is eligible to get money back.

Tennessee is one of the 15 states involved in the lawsuit accusing milk producers of price-fixing. To avoid taking the case to court, the milk producers have settled the case for $52 million. And a portion of that money is going back to Tennesseans!

The terms of the settlement are simple - if you live in one of the 15 states and have purchased a milk product (this includes milk, half & half, yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, or cream) you are eligible for money back.

Simply fill out the form HERE before January 31, 2017 to be eligible for the money.

Now this settlement is not going to make you rich. How much money each individual receives depends on how many people sign up for the benefits. It is estimated that each individual will get back between $45-70.

But ask yourself...how much Chipotle could you buy with an extra $45-70?!

**Don't forget - the deadline in January 31, 2017**
