These days we see a lot of people’s faces glued to their phones. Most of the time we are on our phones for social media, online shopping, or getting news updates or texting.
One school is putting a stop to parents on their phones!
St Joseph's RC Primary in Longlands, Middlesbrough, wants parents to pay more attention to their child so they’ve banned cellphones the pickup line. The school has posted the sign “Greet your CHILD with a SMILE, NOT A MOBILE” at their three entrances in the hopes it will encourage parents to actually talk to their kids about their day during pickup times.
