One thing we love about our teams here in Nashville is their willingness to give back! The Tennessee Titans are helping out a young boy here in Nashville and bringing a light to a rare syndrome that the boy is tackling on a daily basis.
Meet Kayden Ivey, an 11-year-old boy that lives right here in Nashville. He was diagnosed with CLOVES syndrome at age of 6, according to his mother, Brittany Ivey. CLOVES Syndrome stands for congenital, Lipomatous, Overgrowth, Vascular Malformations, Epidermal Nevi and Spinal/Skeletal Anomalies and/or Scoliosis.
According to the CLOVES Syndrome Community, there are about two hundred people so far who have CLOVES.Kayden is actually the only kid in the state of Tennessee with this rare condition. The Titans reached out on Friday and invited Kayden to their practice and made him feel welcome! Check out the video below to learn more about Kayden and his journey!
