Study Claims Attending Concerts Will Add 9 Years To Your Life

One thing that there isn't a shortage of around Nashville is concerts. We've got some great news for all of you that love going to concerts! A study done by O2 and behavioral science expert Patrick Fagan have found that people who attend concerts can add up to nine years to their life!

According to the results, the live music increases your feelings of self-worth, being close to others and the best part is mental stimulation. These are all of the ingredients to your sense of well-being. The study shows there's a "positive correlation between regularity of gig attendance and well-being, additional scholarly research directly links high levels of wellbeing with a lifespan increase of nine years."

Let's dive into some more of the study, if you go to a concert for just 20 mins, they said that you'll have a 21% increase in feelings of well-being. Now here comes the real fun part and will now give you an excuse to go to more concerts.
