Burger King made an advertising blunder that has the internet ROFL. The ad encourages you to ask Google's Assistant what's in a whopper burger. Here's the 15 second ad that seemed like a good idea.
But.... there was a problem. Google pulled the ingredients from the burger from the Wikipedia definition. And, in case you didn't know, trolls on the internet can change things on Wikipedia. And they did. Here's what Google said about the ingredients.
Burger King ad asks Google Assistant "What is a whopper burger?". But it pulls from Wikipedia (changed by trolls) and says this. pic.twitter.com/bnJB1XSMeq— Jim Chandler (@jimchandler1075) April 13, 2017
They have since changed where the information comes from, and it's the real ingredients. How boring.
