WATCH: Michael Phelps vs Shark Was a Scam!

This Discovery Channel special was a scam.  For months they promoted a race between super-olympian Michael Phelps and a shark.  This was pumped up for so long. Hype machine turned up to 11.

Here's the reality of it all:

He did not race a shark. HE DID NOT RACE A SHARK AT ANY TIME.

They calculated how fast sharks could swim. They timed Michael Phelps wearing an extra fin.

Then they faked a race with a badly simulated, computer generated shark image. So the sharks did not ever live in water. They lived on a hard drive!

I feel there was more drama and realism with left Shark at the Superbowl.
