If you hated the great clown scare from the summer of 2016, brace yourself.
Pennywise, the kid killin clown, comes to theaters this weekend in the movie "IT". His calling card is a red balloon, usually near a storm drain. He uses them to draw children close to the sewer, where he lives.
The movie is set in Maine, but the balloons started appearing in East Nashville. And the locals aren't having it.

the one on woodland (near I24) didn't last long. saw it at 6am, was gone 30min later. happily found it's remnants down the road 😰😅 pic.twitter.com/8k391wZxXq— joshhunter (@joshhunter) September 7, 2017
We can assume this will only get worse after the movie crushes at the box office this weekend.
