Gotta admit. Hearing the Star Wars soundtrack performed live is a bucket list item. And when we heard the Nashville Symphony is performing it live, we were a little choked up.
The Nashville Symphony will be performing the original Star Wars score live to a giant 70 ft HD screen showing the movie inside the Schermerhorn July 5-7, 2018. Tickets go on sale Friday (September 15th) at 10am. Get them at at NashvilleSymphony.org or the Schermerhorn box office. But there's more.
They'll also be doing the same for The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, and The Force Awakens. They'll do one each year, following the original next year.
You'll notice they wisely have no plans to perform while showing the George Lucas prequels from the early 2000's. Sorry Jar Jar Binks fans.
