Official details about refunds are out from Nashville's Pilgrimage Festival 2018, cut short by weather and the threat of severe weather.
The two day festival was halted Saturday and canceled for the entire Sunday slate of events and performances.
Those purchasing Sunday-Only tix will receive a 100% refund.
Anyone who paid for a 2 day pass will get a 50% refund.
Festival organizers are still working out if they will issue refunds to those who purchased Saturday-only tix. In a statement from organizers sent out Monday, they said:
"We appreciate our loyal patrons' patience and understanding as we work through Sunday’s cancellation of Pilgrimage. The inclement and dangerous weather from Saturday that continued into Sunday caused the City of Franklin officials to declare Harlinsdale Park unsafe for Sunday’s programming. While disappointing to everyone involved, we fully supported the decision that was made to cancel Sunday’s programming."
They said Sunday's cancelation was the result the City of Franklin and Franklin EMA Deputy Chief Tod Horton of Emergency management.
While many Festival goers were appreciative of the "safety-first" mindset, others went off on the organizers on twitter and Instagram. To see their passionate opinions, go here.
