The otter below is one of Vancouver's most wanted.

This otter is sneaking into a valuable koi pond and eating the expensive fish. And he cannot be caught. Every time he strikes, law enforcement becomes a dramatic prairie dog.

Last night, the river otter struck again!

They have no idea how he's sneaking in to eat the fish. Park officials are hoping to catch the otter and relocate it. But at what point do we start rooting for the criminal? Sure, the I feel bad for the fish, but I have to cheer for the river otter who's outsmarted the expert humans. Go otter go!
