Peta Says STOP Saying These Common Anti-Animal Phrases.

OK.  This is not made up. None of It. Let's get this straight.

Peta did ask people to stop committing speciesism and change these age old phrases. In fact, they were helpful enough to offer alternatives to anti-animal language.  Which is great, because sometimes you just want to confuse the heck out of someone by saying something ridiculous like "feed two birds with one scone."

The People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals says, "Words matter, and as our understanding of social justice evolves, our language evolves along with it. Here’s how to remove speciesism from your daily conversations."

But the interwebs has out thought them.
