The Nashville Zoo at Grassmere has a new arrival. It's a brand new baby aardvark. He came to us from the Cincinnati Zoo as part of an exchange program. His name is Winslow and he's about one year old, still considered a babe in aardvark circles.
You can see Winslow in the Zoo's new veteriary care cinic. He's in the Neonatal Care Room.
It's not just aardvarks, the Nashville Zoo is becoming a leader in anteater care around the world.
