Let's face it. We bonk. We hit those parts of the day when the brain feels like it's covered with a thick, confortable sweater. The world around us is more like a rumor. It takes us several seconds to grasp what is happening around us. But what do you do?

Napping has tremendous health benefits for you according to scientists (we would cite them, but we heard this a few days ago over some beers and we don't want to look it up). But the problem is, many people wake up from naps and are groggy and hazy for quite some time. So they don't take naps, because it seems counterproductive.

But when you drink the coffee, it takes about 20 minutes to hit your blood stream band focus you. So by the time you wake up, your brain is firing on all cylinders.
