Chik-Fil-A workers are known for going above and beyond, and this now-viral video is just the latest example of how far those guys will go to take care of their customers.
Logan Simmons, a teen working at a Chik-Fil-A in Georgia, literally jumped through the drive-thru window to save a choking 6-year-old boy on Wednesday.
Security footage shows Simmons jump through the window to get to the distressed kiddo, whose seat-belt had somehow become tangled around his neck.
"You could see he was turning red and losing pigmentation in his face," Simmons said of the 6-year-old.
Luckily, Logan had a pocketknife, which he used to cut the boy free.
"I’m still kind of shocked right now myself that all this has happened," he added.
We're happy to report that the little guy didn't suffer any injuries, and is going to be fine.
"I’m just so thankful everyone is okay," Simmons said in a statement to Yahoo. "As soon as I realized what was going on, all I could think about was getting to the car as quickly as possible, so I jumped through the window. I’m still a little shocked by what happened, but I’m grateful I was able to help."
