Positive Pants: Service Dogs Attend Broadway Musical To Practice For Owners

An overly adorable photo of some extremely good service dogs catching a production of 'Billy Elliot' has taken the hearts of the internet by storm!

The photo, that's now going viral, was taken at a Canadian theater as part of the Stratford Festival in Ontario last week! The photo shows multiple service dogs sitting in a theater catching a Broadway play, BUT for good reason! They were practicing for the day their handler might want to take in a Broadway play of their own!

Laura Mackenzie, owner and head trainer at K-9 Country Inn Working Service Dogs told CBC Radio:

The field trip to the theater was part of a training method that lets the four-legged attendees get used to the new setting so they can best help their handlers in the future and know what behavior is expected of them.
