It's a 360 square foot hobbit house in McEwen, TN. It has a kitchen so you can make your own first breakfast, second breakfast, third breakfast, etc. You get a queen size bed, sofa, bathroom, and a private patio. You can go hiking, swim in a pond, and guests have access to an orchard, a garden, and fresh eggs when available.
