Tesla's latest software update, version 10, includes the ability to watch Netflix AND play carpool car-aoke!
Sure they're stylish AF, good for the climate, wickedly fast, but now they let you be James Corden and whoever his musical guest is.
You'll get a library of songs plus lyrics in multiple languages to the car's center console. "The biggest software update is yet another example of how Tesla ownership continues to get better over time," the company said. You can also access your Youtube, Hulu, and Netflix accounts from the in-car entertainment system... as long as your parked. Cuz safety.
But there are a few other updates that are jaw-dropping.
One is called "self summon". With this feature, the car will leave it's parking space and come pick you up autonomously as you say. walk out of the store. As long as you can see the car (line of sight), it will come get you.
If you use the "I'm Feeling Lucky" and "I'm Feeling Hungry" features, the car will take you to places to satisfy that feeling. "In testing, we've been taken to hole-in-the-wall restaurants, gourmet meals, national parks, city landmarks and more," Tesla said in the post.
