If you want to live in a plain old backyard shed in San Diego, it'll cost you $1,050 a month. For a freakin shed! This "studio apartment" is in the backyard of someone else's house in one of San Diego's neighborhoods. It's a spacious 200 sq ft shed that actually does have plumbing, a tiny fridge and stove. But no parking comes with it.
And if you said, "no one will rent that!", it's gonna be snatched up quick. Someone rented it for the last two years for more than that. Fo real.
