Turns out the were only 9 movies in 2019 that got a perfect 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes. Actually I'm surprised there were that many. That's a hard score to get because all the critics (who are oh-so critical) have to agree that a movie is great. Now there might be a few movies here you didn't know about because they were independant and drowned out by the latest Madea offering.
But if you want to see some movies that artistic merit, here's the list...
