Heavy metal icon Ozzy Osbourne just revealed in an interview with ABC's Robin Roberts that he has been diagnosed with Stage 2 Parkinson's disease.
"There's so many different types of Parkinson's," Ozzy's wife and longtime manager Sharon told Roberts. "It's not a death sentence by any stretch of the imagination, but it does affect certain nerves in your body. And it's like you have a good day, a good day, and then a really bad day."
"I just hope [my fans] hang on and they're there for me because I need them," Osbourne said, claiming to feel much better already just by opening up about the diagnosis.
Ozzy's eleventh studio album is set to be released next month, while his 'No More Tours 2' farewell tour begins again in March. [It has been on hold for a year, as he has navigated his health issues.]
