Nashville holds a special place in the heart of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, who lived here when he went to high school.
Following the devastating tornado outbreak Tuesday, Johnson took to Twitter this morning to ask his followers to contribute to relief efforts.
"A city I lived in, was down and out in and hold close to my [heart]," he wrote, sharing a GoFundMe created by local Brandon Davis.
Johnson has openly talked about saving his mother from a suicide attempt on I-65 when he was 15.
