Terrible storms creating tornadoes hit the southeast on Easter Sunday causing loss of life and property. But one amazing thing happened outside Lawler Baptist Church this Easter Sunday. Three giant crosses, erected to symbolize the crosses upon which Jesus Christ and two others were crucified, were in the path of a tornado.
Only the middle cross, the one Jesus is believed to have been on, survived the horrible path of destruction.
For many, it's a sign from God and a reminder that Jesus conquered death after his crucifixion on Easter... the same day this torm ripped through the town near Birmingham.
