4 New Things That Are Suddenly Selling Out In Nashville

It's no longer a shortage of toilet paper and disinfecting wipes that are sold out at many stores. There are suddenly some new items that are creating empty shelves at places like Target and Walmart. 'Stay at home' orders are slowly morphing how and what we buy. Also, non-essential businesses that are closed, have cause people to buy stuff to DIY it.

Here are 4 things that becoming very hard to find anywhere.

YEAST

People are baking like never before. Either they took it up as a hobby with having more free time, or they can't get out to get fresh bread while sheltering in place.

HAIR CLIPS

Salons and barbers were deemed non-essential. So we have to cut our own hair! This also goes for pet hair clippers because groomers are closed too. That's what we did at my house to my poor dog Wally.

SEWING MACHINES

People have decided to sew masks for themselves or for people on the frontline. Good luck trying to find a new one (or used one).

HAIR COLOR/DYE

Again, no salons. If you don't do it yourself, people might actually find out what your real hair color is. And we can't have that!
