So here's the deal. People have never felt the need for companionship more than right now. People want to a dog or cat. But the shelters are closed.
So here's what's happening. All the animals were cleared out of Nashville Humane Association's shelter and put into foster homes. So people are taking care of them until they can get their forever home. Some have even trained the dogs while watching them for you. Judy is a great example.
